As you know, my website presently showcases the fantasy art of computer games, so there's a lot of art out there that doesn't fit there at the moment. I can, however, introduce it to you on this blog.
If you love the work of TSR's "fab four" artists who defined the look of pre-Wizards of the Coast Dungeons & Dragons -- Clyde Caldwell, Jeff Easley, Larry Elmore, Keith Parkinson -- you may be interested in Dark Sword Miniatures Inc. What they've done is essentially made sculptures of the characters from some of the more popular paintings of these artists. Here are two fully-painted miniatures of the dragon and rider from Keith Parkinson's North Watch, and some dragons you may have seen from Larry Elmore's work.
